The purchase of firearms is strictly regulated by federal and state laws. By placing an order, you certify that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age for long gun (rifle) purchases or 21 years of age for handguns and receivers.

  • You are not legally prohibited from possessing or receiving firearms under federal or state law.

  • You are the actual purchaser of the firearm (no “straw purchases”).

  • You are in compliance with all local laws regarding firearm configurations and magazine capacities in your area.

3. Firearm Sales and FFL Transfer Requirement

All firearms sold through Tikka Rifles USA must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • We will not ship firearms directly to individuals.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with their local dealer and ensure a copy of the FFL is sent to info@tikkariflesusa.com.

  • Any fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Pricing and Availability

We strive to provide accurate inventory and pricing for our Tikka T3x and T1x catalog. However:

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • In the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, Tikka Rifles USA reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

  • Stock levels are updated regularly, but “In Stock” status is not guaranteed until an order is processed.

5. Payment and Security

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cryptocurrency.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed in full.

  • For cryptocurrency payments, the transaction is considered final once confirmed on the blockchain.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Firearms: Most orders ship within 2–3 business days following the receipt of a valid FFL. Shipping includes adult signature requirements.

  • Non-Firearm Items: Accessories and gear are shipped directly to the customer’s billing/shipping address.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship firearms to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders to states or municipalities where specific firearms or magazines are restricted (e.g., California, New York, etc.).

7. Returns and Inspection Policy

  • Firearms: You must inspect your firearm at the FFL dealer’s location before the transfer is completed. Once you sign the Form 4473 and take possession, the firearm is considered “used.”

  • Defects: Functional defects are covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Page for details.

  • Non-Firearm Returns: Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tikka Rifles USA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any products sold. Firearms are inherently dangerous; by purchasing, you assume all responsibility for safe storage, handling, and legal use. We recommend all customers seek professional training.

9. Intellectual Property
