The Firearm Shipping Process (FFL Requirement)

In accordance with federal law, all firearms—including rifles and lower receivers—must be shipped to a dealer who holds a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship firearms to all 50 states, provided the specific firearm and magazine capacity are legal in your jurisdiction.

  • Coordination: It is the customer’s responsibility to select a local FFL dealer and ensure they provide their license information to info@tikkariflesusa.com. We cannot ship your firearm until this documentation is verified.

  • Adult Signature: All firearm shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery at the FFL dealer’s place of business.

Non-Firearm & Accessory Shipping

Items that do not require an FFL, such as magazines, stocks, scope rings, and official Tikka gear, are shipped directly to your residential or business address. We utilize reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to provide nationwide coverage.

Shipping Rates and Tiers

  • Handgun Shipping: Per carrier regulations, any handguns or small receivers must ship via expedited 2nd Day Air services.

Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • In-Stock Orders: We aim to process and pack all in-stock orders within 24–48 hours.

  • FFL Verification: For firearm orders, the timeline begins once we have received and verified your local dealer’s FFL license.

  • Inspection: Upon arrival at your FFL dealer, you must inspect the rifle for any transit damage before completing the transfer.

  • Claims: If you notice damage to the packaging or the firearm, notify us immediately at info@tikkariflesusa.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and ensure you receive a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
