Whether you are shopping for a T3x, T1x, or specialized accessories, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are processed to maintain the highest level of service for our customers at the Tikka Rifles USA Home Page.
Firearm Returns (Important Notice)
Due to the highly regulated nature of firearms and federal transfer laws, the return process for rifles is subject to specific conditions:
Pre-Transfer Inspection: You must thoroughly inspect your firearm at your chosen FFL dealer before completing the background check and signing the transfer paperwork.
Post-Transfer Status: Once a firearm is transferred into your name, it is legally considered “used” and cannot be returned to Tikka Rifles USA for a refund.
Refusal at FFL: If you discover a manufacturing defect or shipping damage during your inspection at the dealer, do not complete the transfer. Contact us immediately at info@tikkariflesusa.com. We will arrange for the firearm to be returned to our Kearney, NE facility and provide a replacement or a full refund.
Returns for Accessories and Non-Firearm Items
For items such as magazines, stocks, scope mounts, and official gear, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery:
Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in brand-new, resalable condition.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on items that have been installed, used, or modified (e.g., a stock that has been bedded or a rail that has been mounted).
Restocking Fee: Returns for accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the costs of inspection and processing.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our headquarters in Kearney, NE, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cryptocurrency Refunds: For payments made via Bitcoin or Ethereum, refunds will be issued in the USD equivalent value at the time of the refund, not the original coin amount.
Zelle and Direct Payments: Refunds for Zelle or Apple Pay transactions will be coordinated directly with our billing department to ensure a secure return of funds.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order that has not yet left our warehouse, please contact us at +1 (479) 437-7189 immediately. Cancellations made before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Special Orders: Items marked as “Special Order” or customized builds may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is in process.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed shipping damage, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tikka’s legendary 1 MOA accuracy guarantee is handled through the manufacturer’s service process. Our precision team is available to help troubleshoot ammunition and mounting issues before initiating a warranty claim.
